All About Tough Conversations – Need helpful advice on how to have difficult conversations surrounding your business? Guest speaker Alexis Miller (City of North Liberty) will facilitate a workshop to help you practice having difficult conversations with ease.
Presenter Bio – Alexis Miller is the results-oriented HR Director for the City of North Liberty. She has experience with leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize talent acquisition, employee development, and retention, driving organizational growth. An expert in managing employee relations, coaching leadership, and leading change initiatives, Alexis is skilled in HRIS/HRMS systems, workforce planning, and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency. She is passionate about cultivating a positive work culture and advocating for employee growth while aligning HR practices with business goals to achieve sustainable results.
