Love, Light, & Lit: The Podcast
During each half-hour episode, Public Services Librarian, Kellee, will be joined by special guests for chats about literacy, wellness, & personal growth. New episodes drop the last Wednesday of each month.
The PodcastHand & Needle Crafts
All experience levels are welcome. Some teaching is available from the more expert members of the group. All ages welcome, but children under 9 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Each Friday of the month, North Liberty 55+ Connections Lunch gives seniors a chance to get together for lunch, to play a game, and socialize. Meals are $5.00 per person and include an activity or presenter.
To attend our 55+ Lunch you must make an advance reservation. Please add your name to the sign-up at the meal the week prior or call the North Liberty Recreation Department at (319) 626-5716 by noon on Thursday.
Monthly menu and activity schedule:
– first Friday, Hy-Vee deli
– second Friday, Rizza Ranch
– third Friday, Miribito’s
– fourth Friday, Yang Chow Wok
– fifth Friday, Zio Johno’s or Chester’s Chicken
