FREE at-home collection PCR saliva kits now available
We now have at-home collection PCR saliva COVID-19 test kits available for contactless pick-up at the library. Kits will be available while supplies last via locker pick-up. Arrange pickup by calling the library at 319-626-5701 or by email at nlibertylibrary@northlibertyiowa.org. Please request only as many as you need, limit five (5).
Test kits made available to libraries in Johnson County through Test Iowa. Test Iowa is a partnership between the Iowa Department of Public Health and the State Hygienic Lab with the goal of ensuring all Iowans have access to free COVID-19 testing.
Knowing your COVID-19 status can prevent the spread of the virus to those around you. In addition, masking, staying home when you are sick and getting vaccinated are effective ways to combat the spread.

Returning Sample
Return the sample to the UPS drop-off location nearest you using the included prepaid UPS label. Or at a drop-off location near you. Do not return samples to the library. We are a test kit pick-up site only. The State Hygienic Laboratory in Coralville offers both pick-up and drop-off services.
