All About Property – For many small business owners, choosing a location is one of the most exciting and most financially consequential steps in their journey. This session will walk participants through the key things to evaluate before committing to a property, helping them avoid costly surprises and make confident, informed decisions.
Presenter Bio
Natalie Ramirez is a licensed architect with over 15 years of experience working across scales and sectors. Her background includes major projects such as the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Education Center, collaborations with nonprofit organizations nationwide, and close collaboration with local business owners starting new ventures or transforming their existing spaces in Iowa. Through her firm, Natalie Ramirez Architecture + Impact Collaborative, she helps people turn ideas into spaces that support their work, values, and vision.
