It’s that time of year for no fuss meals. The book we’ll be cooking is Skinnytaste One and Done: 140 No-Fuss Dinners for Your Instant Pot, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer, Sheet Pan, Skillet, Dutch Oven, and More by Gina Homolka. When you sign up at the library Information Desk, choose the recipe you’d like to make. Staff will print off a copy of the recipe for you. We’ll sample each other’s meals the night of the program. Bring containers for leftovers!
